1. Overview

GoSuitePay ("we", "us", "our") provides a payment integration service that connects SuiteCRM instances with Stripe payment processing through Stripe Connect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoSuitePay platform, including the SuiteCRM extension, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using GoSuitePay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoSuitePay enables SuiteCRM users to:

GoSuitePay acts as a platform that facilitates payment processing through Stripe. We do not process payments directly, hold funds, or act as a money transmitter. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

3. Stripe Connect

To use GoSuitePay, you must connect a Stripe account through Stripe Connect. By doing so, you agree to:

GoSuitePay will share information about your account and transactions with Stripe as necessary to facilitate payment processing. Stripe processes this data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Stripe is responsible for payment processing, fund settlement, chargebacks, and disputes. GoSuitePay does not control these processes and is not liable for Stripe's actions or omissions.

4. Account Setup

Accounts are created by GoSuitePay on your behalf after you contact us. We will provide you with:

You are responsible for keeping your API key and webhook key confidential. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Fees

GoSuitePay charges a platform fee of 1% of each successful transaction. This fee is deducted automatically from the payment amount via Stripe Connect's application fee mechanism before funds are deposited to your Stripe account.

This fee is separate from and in addition to Stripe's own processing fees (currently 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction for US cards). GoSuitePay does not control Stripe's fees.

There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or minimum commitments.

7. Refunds and Disputes

You are responsible for managing refunds and disputes with your customers. Refunds can be processed through the Stripe Dashboard. GoSuitePay's 1% platform fee on refunded transactions is not returned.

You are responsible for all chargeback fees and dispute costs assessed by Stripe.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoSuitePay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoSuitePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to GoSuitePay in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and your Stripe Connect authorization will be removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
